Bob and Lisa Cardillo have been helping people just like you with their real estate needs in Collin County, Rockwall County, and the surrounding North Texas areas since 2010 and they are ready, willing, and able to help you too. Bob is a retired police officer, having served the public for just over twenty years. He retired at the rank of sergeant as the department’s Training Coordinator. Immediately after retirement Bob worked in the private security field, providing southwest regional management oversight of services for large government contracts, and large multi-use residential and retail properties in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. In addition to numerous training certifications and professional development training hours, Bob graduated from the State University of New York at Purchase, NY with a degree in Psychology. Bob’s law enforcement background, coupled with teaching, public speaking, and program management have all given him a solid foundation to serve his clients well with outstanding negotiation skills, attention to detail, and high level communication, which most often means LISTENING.

Lisa graduated from Mercy college in Dobbs Ferry New York with a business degree. She worked for several years for an information technology component company in sales and marketing. Lisa had a career change after having children and she taught 2nd grade students in Wylie, McKinney and Dallas. Now she has moved into another profession that she adores… selling real estate! Her experience in business and education has given her the transferable skills to work with clients and create Competitive Market Analysis and Marketing Presentations as well as represent and negotiate on behalf of buyers and sellers. She and Bob are always committed to their client's overall satisfaction.
